Lucia also draws on other approaches such as Play (Art) Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Attachment Therapy to help facilitate the therapeutic process. High-risk and vulnerable populations such as children and youth have been the core of her practice; however, she also provides supports for adults and families. Furthermore, Lucia has experience working within a multidisciplinary team collaborating with other mental health professionals in order to provide the best treatment options for her clients. Lucia provides group therapy and administers psycho-educational workshops to clients in private practice and public organizations regarding various mental health topics, such as, self-esteem, anxiety, feelings, emotional regulation, boundaries, etc.
Lucia also offers professional and comprehensive psychological assessments to children and adolescents in order to provide families and school professionals with practical information and recommendations that will support the individual in his/her learning, development, well-being, and everyday life.
